Free did not get worse when Pro appeared — nothing that was in it moved behind the paywall. A dash in the table marks the edge of the plan, not a feature taken away.

Questions about the price
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. It is not a trial and it does not end. The map, alerts up to 30 NM, AR and the logbook work with no card and no time limit.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You sign up with an e-mail; we ask for a card only when you actually switch Pro on.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes, one click in settings. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for and the account returns to Free — nothing you caught is deleted.
What happens to my catches if I cancel Pro?
They stay. The logbook simply goes back to showing the last 100 entries; nothing is deleted and turning Pro back on shows everything again.
Why €4.99?
Because it covers the data and the servers and leaves room to keep building Spotterra. There are no ads and no data selling — it is paid by the people it makes sense for, and that keeps Free free for everyone else.
