Terms of Service
1. The Service
Spotterra is a web application for watching live air traffic and getting alerts about interesting aircraft near a chosen location (the "Service"). Data comes from the public community ADS-B network (adsb.lol). The Service is for hobby and informational purposes only — never for navigation, air traffic control or safety-critical decisions.
2. Accounts
A full experience requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
3. Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly); prices are shown in the app before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically.
On the web and in the Android app, payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime in Settings → Account → Manage subscription; Pro then runs until the end of the paid period. EU consumers may request a refund within 14 days at the contact email.
In the iOS app, the subscription is sold and managed by Apple through an in-app purchase. Cancel it in your device's App Store settings, not with us, and refunds are decided by Apple under its own terms — we will help you with the request, but we do not hold the payment.
4. Fair use
Do not overload the Service, circumvent plan limits, scrape data outside the provided interfaces, or resell the Service without permission.
5. Shared content and community conduct
Content you share (nickname, label, photos, confirmed catches) is subject to zero tolerance for abuse, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, spam, and anything unrelated to aircraft spotting.
Every post can be reported (the ⋯ menu on the item) and its author hidden. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours — objectionable content is removed and the account behind it may be terminated without refund. You can pull your own post from the community at any time; it stays in your personal logbook. Reports are also accepted at [email protected].
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Third-party data (aircraft positions, weather, photos) may be inaccurate or unavailable. We are not liable for damages arising from reliance on such data or from downtime; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may reasonably update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
